Positive: I loved everything about the stay. My sister and I were caring for a family member who is going through chemotherapy. We were not sure how long we would need to stay. The front desk staff were sensitive to our needs and were very accommodating. The entire staff from the ladies who prepared the breakfast bar to the maintenance gentleman who we did encounter were always more than happy to help with any need we had. I do not want to leave out the housekeeping staff who were also accommodating and friendly when we encountered them. I wish all hotels I have stayed in were like this one!

Positive: Great location for the occasion. The room was far better than any hotel we stayed before. Staff was very courteous and willing to assist to all our needs.

Positive: Hotel still being remodeled. Wife and I both observed tiny, apparent ants, crawling on a night stand near the AC unit as well as on the cabinet below the TV. We were busy preparing to attend a funeral service and never thought to mention the issue to the staff.
